What is the difference between taking a photo and making a photo? Taking a shot is a fast and easy process. You just see something nice, raise the camera and shoot. Not a real challenge involved, and you have to be lucky to have a really good result.

Making a photo is essentially an art. You study the subject, look at all available angles, try to imagine the output, consider the source and direction of the light and finally experiment. Look at this picture. You may think that this is a lucky shot but it isn't. For this photo I had to get up early, go to a flower field and take hundreds of shots. Finally, I was chasing bees for several minutes until I got this one right on the spot!
